The Freeman Field Flying Association (FFFA) is a group of aviation minded individuals, most from the Seymour, IN area, who have banded together for the purpose of promoting aviation growth and safety at Freeman Municipal Airport. Activities include monthly membership meetings and publication of a monthly newsletter. Safety topics are discussed at meetings and an FAA-approved aviation safety seminar is held once a year.
In order to promote aviation activity the FFFA works closely with the airport manager to assist with the sponsorship of various events each year. In recent times these have included safety seminars, pancake breakfasts, radio-controlled model aircraft fly-in and an Airport Awareness Day.
